1986 f-150
have 5.0 motor, just had 600 bucks worth of tune up and adj. runs like a bat out of hell other then the idle. drives me nuts with a rough idle. help ??
it sat for a year, we drained gas used sea foam, and tuned it up, also new in tank fuel pump... ????

What is the idle doing? Could be the IAC, or the passage in the intake behind the IAC.
Fuel pumps usually showup at higher RPM's as a cutout. Same with clogged filters etc.
Reset the computer (disconnect the batt for 30 min) then go for a good drive. The computer will relearn all the maps and such and reset for all the new parts. Sounds wierd, but sometimes they get used to the old parts and new parts just confuse it. Also it may stall or have other issues during the first couple miles.
