I have 1999 F-150 XLT and I can't get the foglights to work. Fuse looks OK and replaced both bulbs. Is there a relay that I need to look at somewhere?

Look at fuse #27, 5 amp in the fuse box under the dash. This feeds the switch, which feeds the foglamp relay located in the fuse box under the hood. The foglamps themselves are fed by fuse #9, 15 amp in the fuse box under the hood.
