Fuel Pump Problems

Fuel Pump Problems
I have a 1987 Ford Bronco ll and the fuel pumps do not activate. I have replaced both of them because of the age of the truck. I also replaced the ECC Relay And the FP Relay. When I turn the key switch on the Fuel Pump Relay engages and I receive voltage at the Fuel pump for about 10 seconds and then the relay diengages. It doesn`t send power long enough for the pump to run. I have checked the Inertia Switch and it isn`t tripping. Any Ideas
