65 NEEDS HELP!!

ok people. i have a problem. i am restoring a 65 f250 and it has a rust problem. there is one spot that im not sure of. directly between the bottom of the windshield and the top of the hood....on the cowl panel. can the cowl be unbolted and a new one installed or must i cut it out and weld in new metal. please help fellas. this is all thats holding me back

OK phats, have you found any bolt heads, or screws in that area, that might be removed?

65 NEEDS HELP!!

The cowl is welded to the cab and can't be unbolted. My '64 restoration project had similar trouble, which I am resolving with a complete rust-free Alabama cab.
