Tire Rack posts high ratings for Bridgestone Dueler H/L Alenza ($175), which has only been out since late 2004. Michelin makes the Pilot LTX ($230) which may be more for SUV-type uses. Have seen favorable posts for Kumho, as well as Goodyear's Fortera Silent Armor line. Mixed opinions on OEM's BF Goodrich Rugged Trail T/A ($140), but mostly negative. Reportedly, the Alenza has one of the highest government treadwear ratings of 600 for H-rated tires and 700 for T-rated. I'm kinda waiting for more posts before deciding myself.
