unused plug harnesses?

I've been installing the push plates and wiring harness for a Fisher plow the past two nights, and noticed a few connectors in various places in the engine bay that are plugged into just a plastic cap, for lack of a better term.

I've noticed one in front of the driver side battery, one just below the driver side turn signal, and a couple of others in various places in the truck. Do any of these actually have a function, or are they for options I don't have?

Also - are any of them a switched power source? If so, it'd be handy to tap into for the plow relays.

Thanks!

They have to be for options you don't have.
Ford puts customer access wiring in these trucks for what you are doing.
Look under the dash to the left of the steering wheel by the parking brake controler. There will be a bundle of wires with ID tags on them. They also put 4 pass thru wires that run from inside the cab to under the hood, they are tapped to the harness by the master cylinder.
