Unhappy Injectors down

On my 95 diesel one side of my engine is not working. I checked the pins to the valve covers today and each one ohmed to 3ohms . I put a rebuild IDM on the truck last week. I put new relay in to the idm and pcm in fuse box. I started the truck and checked for voltage to the passenger and find none. I unplug both and the rough idle didn't change. I don't know where to check next. Any advice right now will help.

Have you actually pulled the valve cover on the pass side to check the condition of the harness in it? The connectors inside have been known to come off. In lieu of that, it sounds like the main harness on the engine itself might be bad, I have had to replace it on our fleet often enough when we had the OBS trucks that I actually kept a spare on the shelf. On a safety note, be very careful when messing with the wires while the truck is running. There is a lot of voltage running to the connectors for the injectors and if it jumps to you through a bad spot in the wiring or a loose connector it will light you up so bad your eyes will glow like one of those fancy HID headlights.

Are they anyway to check my wiring harness by ohming out the wiring back to the IDM. I will try to take off the valve cover to check the wiring tonight. Thanks and I will let you know what I find.
