Hey, I got almost the same setup as you. I got a 20x10 wheel with 33x12.50 Nitto's (05 SCREW). I have the 2.5 AS leveling kit and mine rubbed a little. I had to trim some of that molding right below the bumper and some of the factory fender flares. I can't see how a 35 would make it without significant rubbing. Might have to add a body lify also to make that work. I know my buddy had the same setup with the 35's on a 20in wheel and he ended up haveing to lift the body. Just my .02
I think the reason your 33's were rubbing was because you have a 10 inch rim. I have 18x9 with 35x12.50s and have no rubbing. If anybody can tell me how to post a pic i'll post mine.
Yup, Agree with above! I think its safe to say that if you have a 10in wheel with 33's - 35's you are gonna get some rubbing. Ditto on the tell me how to post pics!
With your picture you have two options: 1) Upload it into your FTE gallery and once its done right click on it choose properties to find the URL, then when you post click on 'Go Advanced' and on the toolbar with be a picture icon, click on it paste in the URL and your set, 2) Upload your picture to a some sort of hosting site and then right click on it choose properties to find the URL, then when you post click on 'Go Advanced' and on the toolbar with be a picture icon, click on it paste in the URL and your set.
I put in what they call a 3" lift with 35's (see gallery) and have no rubbing after some very minor trimming. I am running Copper tires right now but did try running the same size Nitto tires but had major rubbing. The Nitto tires are at least a 1/4 to 1/2 inch taller and wider.
So I would have to say dont run the Nitto Tires with the 2.5 inch lift
I am running 33x12.50 17's on AE wheels. My local truck shop said you can put 35's but on a wheel that keeps the tire tucked in close to the truck. I chose to stick w/ 33's, 35's are a lot of wear/tear on a half ton suspension/steering system. Plus the bigger you go the more you change your gear ratio.

I ran 35s on a 99 Wrangler with stock axles/steering/gears. Only thing I changed was my suspension. I can't see 35s being overly agressive on my 05 F150. Much heavier duty setup then a 1/4 ton Jeep.
I had 35's under my '83 CJ 7, with 4" Tral Master lift. It had stock AMC rear 20 just one piece shafts anf an Auburn locker, and the stock dana 30 up front. I swapped in 4.10 gears, it also had a massaged AMC 401 V-8 pushing the rig. Never any issues with the drive line. 35's and issue on a stock half ton I seriously doubt it.
