Fuel leak
Many months ago a remember reading about a 99 f250 with a fuel leak around the fuel filter drain valve and I can't find it again ,,,,,,Well now my 99 f250 is doing it leaking around the valve and also down the drain tube can anybody point me in the right direction I think it had link to a site that carried a replacement!!!

powerstrokeshop.com. They are oring that seem to be going out. Look down in the 99-03 Powerstroke forum. I think everybodies is leaking. I think im going to buy them soon because usally after i read something it happens to my truck within the next couple months!

I've got a 2000 model doing the same thing. I tightened up the four screws that hold the valve to the filter housing and that fixed the o-ring leak but now the valve is slowly leaking fuel down the drain tube. Looks like I'll have to replace it after all. I guess about 5 years is all these things are good for. Anyone else having this problem with a later model?
