Please DON'T panic - "I'LL BE BACK!"

There is a very real prospect that I will be out of communication in the near future. Aside from schools I have been scheduled for with no guarantee of a net connection, there may be times that I am just done in from my profession and cannot really get online to do what you have become accustomed to me doing.

The real world is calling me, and I just might not be able to get online to share with you all. For one thing - I might just plain be "Knackerred" from the day. As in:

Done in.
SMOKED.
Used up
GONE...
Wiped out...
DONE!
Etc...

It's like that. But it doesn't mean I have forgotten anyone.

Well, as long as you'll be back. We missed you the last time you left, after you got out of the Navy.

No point in burning yourself out just for us. Ya gotta work to live, so go on, recharge yourself.

- like I have time for for an overrated and over-priced cafe, when I have my own espresso machine!

The whole thing is, I might just forget to go on the net at all the way things are looking...

Things are definitely hopping and popping. Saturday I was about to chow down on some home-made Quesodillas and I made the mistake of answering the phone:

"Hey Dutch! The people who bought the ALFA need help over there on the base - can you do us all a favor?"

"You gonna owe me a case of Corona over it..."

"OKAY!!!!"

-And out the door I went...

Suddenly (and much to my suprise) I haven't got a lot of free time. It's like that...

A highly placed "Management Consultant" in the mid seventies advised me that we were moving towards a "Service Oriented Economy" and also told me that when you have the world by the curly hairs, you are in charge of your own destiny...

I wonder what ever happened to "Clarke", but I suppose it really doesn't matter.

The way I see it, if the world wants to play, I will find joy in it somehow.

"When one finds oneself living in an era of decadence, one might as well enjoy it."

When and if that happens - you can be assured of two things.

1) I still won't tell ya.
2) There will be a REDWOLF and a GREY running TOGETHER - this time!
