were can i get a complete wiring harness for a 1965 short bed 4x4

 

Topic has come up on occasion. There are the after market kits, painless, I did it, and other's. I replaced all the wire harnesses on my 65 F100 thru Mr. Mustang. They offer pickup truck harnesses for 64-67 F series trucks. Don't believe there would be difference between 4X2 and 4X4 wire harness but not sure. I found them to be as close to the original, same wire code and connectors. The 'dash/instrument' cluster harness is the only one I have not be able to find a reproduction of. Mr. Mustang use to be online, last I checked, now have to call them. Pleased with quality so when they dropped their online catalog, I paniced, feared they were down sizing, and ordered an additional set for my other 65. The price list I have is few years old, not certain of current prices, headlight, taillight run around $90 each. The V8 alternator harness runs about $50. They also have the gas, dome, and also list a 'feed Gauge wiring' V8 but not sure what the harness consist of. Their harnesses may be pricey, but I wanted to keep as original as possible and the easiest. Just unplug the old, and plugin the new. Have the short box, but the taillight harness is also for the long bed so will have some extra wire. Anyhow, if interested there are couple tele#'s. Ron Francis.com. They seem to have cheeper and better harnesses. I have not yet gotten mine but I am going to order soon.
