i have a 97 f350 psd di., how do i get the old one off? im trying to take pulley and fan off @ same time will it work like this? are the bolts right hand or left hand? can whats the easiest fast way im a welder not a mech....
I'd get a hold of a Chilton Repair Manual if no one can answer your question here, you might try posting in the PSD forum for the 97 model year. My manual just covers 99 thru 02.
You have to take the fan/clutch assembly off first. Then you can remove the bolts for the pulley. on my 96 the fan nut turns counter clockwise for removal.
