D0VE-C vs D3VE
I have three sets of D3VE heads, two complete one bare, all three needing rebuilding. I also have a set of D0VE-C's and availability to another set of D0VE-C's for $75 that also need rebuilding. Are the flow rates of the two types that much different? I understand the chamber size difference but not the flow differences.

No the DOVE heads don't flow signifigantly better than the D3VE heads infact they are almost identical. Here is a link that shows them side by side both unported and ported.

the d3ve heads are pollution heads that is about the only bad thing i can think of also you have to buy a kit or get them milled if you want to run studs for the rockers you can fix the pollution holes very easy all you have to do is tap the hole with a 5/16 tap and take a bolt cut under the bolt head so it snaps off easy and screw it in and grind it smooth be shure you use a bolt atleast one inch long
