To any of the dealers out there WHY doesn't the F-150 offer (as an option) the 20" tire/wheel setup on the SHORT BOX supercab configuration? ONLY 18"'s allowed.
If by scab short box you are refering to the 6.5 ft bed, I have an 06 scab with the 6.5 ft bed and the 20" rims. if you mean the 5.5 ft bed I have not seen one either.
if you mean the 5.5 ft bed I have not seen one either. They're out there but NOT with factory 20" tires. Supercab, 4WD, 5.5' box, does NOT offer the 20" tire setup as a factory option. Why? I have NO idea. But GM (the new 900 series truck) does offer this tire set up on the same model: extended 4WD short box. However, one can NOT get the Z71 suspension with this 20" setup. So it must have something to do with the 4WD structural side of the equation.
