window overspray cleaning

Whats the best way to clean glass that picked up some primer overspray to ensure you don't damage the glass with scratches etc, in the process.

Very carefully with a single edged razor blade held at a low angle.

Wet down the window with plenty of glass cleaner and use fine steel wool or scrape with a single edge razor blade. Removes fairly easily from glass.

Use a claybar. The steel wool idea does work but leaves very fine scratches that cause glare at night when headlights shine on it.

Claybar works well for light overspray, but steel wool will work better. Lube with plenty of glass cleaner though....
