04 SuperDuty

I don't know what deisel engine is in it due to the fact the dealer ship was closed. If it is the 6.0, I should run it looks like from previous posts. My knowledge of these trucks is low. Is an 04 deisel a good truck? Thanks.

It's a 6.0, I have A 04 with 65,000 trouble free miles.

Check the 8th digit of the Vin number of the truck (serial number)

The letter "P" in the eighth spot indicates the 6.0 liter Power Stroke is in your truck.

The letter "F" in the eighth spot indicates the 7.3 liter Power Stoke is in your truck.

The 6.0 has a chrome background on the PSD badge. The 7.3 has a black background and chrome letters. 2003 was the only year where both motors were produced in the US.
