61 F100

Just bought a beautiful 61 F100. The guy who I bought it from said he thought it was a 300 in it but the VIN shows it came with the 232. Any hints on figuring out which engine it is. It's got the oil bath air cleaner system if that helps at all. Thanks for any help.

The 223 has one motor mount in front, and one on either side of the bell housing. 300 is mounted on the sides, toward the center of the block. A 300 would not be original to your truck.
