New Excursion owner-Hi
We purchased a new (used) Excursion a few weeks ago. Moved up from a Suburban and will never go back as long as there is an Excursion out there to buy. Hopefully Ford will reconsider and start making them again because we love ours. It is a 2002 Limited "ultimate", 4x4, V10 that had 47,000 miles when we bought. We had to drive 5 hours to get it but it was a one-owner and the dealer came down to $21,000 and installed a 15" DVD player if we wouldn't look anywhere else. It was a deal too good to pass up compared to the other Excursions we found in the midwest. We couldn't be happier with our purchase. I'm looking forward to scanning the rest of this forum for more helpful advice and hints. I've already learned a lot from what I have seen. This is a great forum! Thanks.

Check out the stickies at the top of this and other forums so you know what goes and what doesn't. Also, take the time to check out the V-10 forum as there is plenty you should know about it. Congrats on the "new" X, enjoy.
