Wheel Help?

I have a brand new set of bfg all-terrains (33x12.50-16.5) that I would like to fit on my 1990 Bronco. I think the bolt pattern is 5x5.5, but my main question is what back spacing should I be looking for? I got the tires for $300.00. They were going to go on my F-250 but I sold the the truck to keep the Bronco. Now I need to get new rims, so if anyone knows any info it would be a great help. Thanx

to save on wear and tear, I would go with stock backspacing rims, which I'm thing is 4 inches. You will have some radius arm scrub, and at worse you might have to trim or shim the bumper but they should fit. If you go with less backspacing they will stick out more, (law issues) and will tear up ball joints and you will have a worse scrub radius.

I hope you really meant that those tires mount on 16-inch wheels instead of 16.5-inch wheels, I'd think you're options would be pretty limited in finding 16.5-inch wheels with a 5x5.5 bolt circle.

I agree 16.5's are an odd size that even Ford didn't use for long. and wehn they did it was on the 3/4 and 1-ton models.
