does anyone know of a company that makes replacement floorpans for a '65 f100? ive fabricated several peices for the passenger side but it is a pain and would like the factory bead stiffeners in the pan. also, what should i use to seal the welds before i paint the floor?

I think there are stamped repair panels out there. Check Dennis Carpenter's and or Autokrafters. As for the sealer, go to your local parts/paint supplier and ask for flexible body seam caulk. It comes in a tube like window caulking. It's designed for just this use.
