Hi guys, I was wondering what area of vision the c better mirrors take care of. (I hope this makes sense). I am really hating my towing mirrors on my f250 super cab. When driving in the middle lane of the highway you cant even see the whole right or left lane, only part of it. I like to barely see the edge of my bed and if I see that in the mirror then you dont see anything in the other lanes on the highway. If I angle the mirror out to the outer lanes I cant see the area near the side of my truck bed. Its like the mirrors are not wide enough. While driving my old explorer in the middle lane on a highway I can see the whole area down the side of the suv, the right lane, as well as some of the breakdown lane. Thats with the stock mirror. Maybe its just me but I think the towing mirrors are awful. Will the c betters fix this?
I'll explain my configuration. I have slightly different needs as I have a commercial topper on the back that blocks any rear-view.
On each towing mirror, I configure the big mirror to be my "rear-view". I use these to see cars coming up on me, etc. I configure the stock convex mirror to be look-downs... roughly aimed at the rear wheels. This lets me watch for anything that I might not see and be waiting to tear up some sheet metal, plus the trailer tires/etc. if I'm towing. The C'Betr becomes the lane-change mirror... I can see the driver and passenger doors, all the way over to the breakdown lane.
thanks, I do a lot of plowing in the winter and can make my 97 f 350 back up spot on anytime anywhere. There is no way its going to happen with the new F250 mirrors.

That's how I have my mirrors setup. I get a better overall picture. But I ALWAYS give it that quick head turn just in case.
