61-66 diesels?
I've read in the owners manual for my 66 f100 abou t a diesel version of this pickup (probably an f200). I have never, ever seen or heard of such a vehicle. Has anyone else ever seen one of these? Are there any restored examples? Photos? BTW, who made the diesel that went in it?

Ford didn't put the diesels into the F-Series pick-ups; the diesels were installed in the commercial delivery trucks like the P-series. The smaller diesels were made by "Dagenhiem" for Ford (I believe that's German built).
