After years of messing with old cars & trucks I decided to try something for the first time . I "roped" in the windshield in my 56 by myself . Then almost dislocated my shoulder trying to pat myself on the back .
Better you almost dislocated the shoulder patting yourself on the back than in trying to install it...
I fretted about installing the windshield and back glass in my 48 for a long time because everything I read said you need two people to do it. I had almost resolved that I was going to have to take the truck somewhere to have it done. Then one day I just decided that I was going to try it by myself regardless. I was amazed at how easy it and the back glass went in. It only took me 30 minutes to do both...I gave myself a nice pat too.
