tranny flush
Guys, I would like to attemp to flush the trany and refill with synthetic. I am pretty mechanical but have never attempted it. Does anyone have detailed instructions and also what type of synthetic do you all recommend? Thanks a bunch in advance.

Here is a link on how to flush your tranny out. It was in the article section of this forum. https://www.ford-trucks.com/article/...nsmission.htmlI just did mine for the first time about two months ago. It was a pretty easy experience. I went with amsoil torque shift and love it so far. I did the bts valve body at the same time to hopefully make the tranny last longer.
