oil pan leaking
1993 F150 oil pan rusting,rust spot leaking, is there some way to patch the rust spot,I put a new pan on about 5 years ago so I don't want to do it again if there is some way fix it

It's probably not out of the ordinary for oil pans to rust out where you live, with all of the road salt in the winter. I would replace it. You don't know how thin the metal is in other areas of the pan. I wouldn't take a chance in the winter with having a problem with it.
