c6 cooler line

on the c6's, what line going to the cooler is the "HOt" line, the one in the middle of the casing, or the one near the tailshaft? thanks guys.

The fluid pumps out the front and back to the tail end.

EDIT So I guess I'm saying the "hot" fluid is coming out of the front port. As it's cooled and returns to the rear of the tranny it lubes all the bushings and junk in the tail end..

Thats correct, it's that way on every automatic tranny I can think of, the "hot" out to the cooler line is always the closest one to the pump.

FWIW: You can tell just by touching the lines while the truck is running.
