IH Grille emblem on Super Duty

Has anyone ever seen a super duty grille custom made with an International
Emblem? Saw one Sunday on a 02 SD in a parking lot. It had the IH grille emblem, and the grille was made to fit it. It was not just an IH emblem where the FORD oval used to be, it was diamond shaped for the emblem. Pretty cool! Let me know if anyone has ever seen this or where to buy one.

Was it a billet grill or did it look like the factory plastic one?

No, it looked exactly like the factory grille. I wished I would have left a note on the guys truck to see where he got it. I did Google searches, Ebay, you name it. No such thing out there.
