Cams Cams Cams

It seems like there are so many choices for a cam, and im having trouble trying to pick one out. I building up this engine to move around my street rod, what has worked well for you guys, im looking for somthing with a lump and i know Fords usually like a longer exhaust duration. Any advice is welcomed

You need to provide MUCH more info about your build and the overal driveline package. Bore & stroke, c/r, heads, flow numbers, etc. Overall driveline ratio and vehicle weight would help too.
