2004 Explorer 4X4 Transmission problems?

2004 Explorer 4X4 Transmission problems?
Hello, when accelerating and getting to around 30-35 MPH, It almost feels like you hit a bump in the road, but everytime it does it about 3-4 times and also at about 65-70 MPH. Could it be something with the transmission. OR maybe the U Joint on the drive shaft. Thanks
