96' 300 fuel PSI testing

Hey guys,

I have thrown a P0171 code and am trying to test the fuel system presure. how do i go the about doing this?

I doubt it's your fuel pressure. If it was you should be getting the lean codes for both O2's not just bank 1. Accually, since your EEC-V/OBD-II I think you have a total of 3 HEGO's.

My initial suspisions are either partially clogged injectors and/or fouling on the suspect HEGO.
