You need a steering wheel puller to get the old wheel off. For a new steering wheel try our site's sponsors, or summit, jegs, LMC truck, or a junkyard. Grant makes adapters for their wheels to fit our trucks.

I just put a Grant Mahogany one on my 77, looks and feels super sweet! Was about $120 from AutoZone.

And you can "borrow" a steering wheel puller from Autozone too. You buy it for $15 plus tax and you can return it when ever you want and they refund your money without question. I pickup one every time I go to a junk yard looking. I don't need a wheel but you never know when you might see something better than the one you got.
