Centech wiring harness

Okay, I'm in need of completely new wiring for my rebuild. I've heard good things on this forum about centechwire.com and I like the price so I'll probably go that route. But I have a few questions. First, do I need to keep the pigtails to everything (lights, switches, etc), or do those come new with the harness? The truck is also a crew cab, long box. Will I need an extra long harness for this? Also, it looks like several important things are missing, namely, the windshield wiper setup. But in there pictures of optional equiptment, it shows it as having its own seperate switch, but I want to use my stock one. Is it possible? Any info and details that anybody can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
