where is the pcm

I'm having my buddy do some welding on my work truck, and we can't find to computer to unplug it. Anyone know? '06 F550 6.0 diesel auto.

You should be fine with just disconnecting the battery's. We have never had a problem doing this.

The computer is between the left front fender and the driver's side battery. If you take off the plastic battery cover you should be able to unplug the three connectors on the computer.

I know that older Diesels(with PCMs) aren't fussy wiht unplugging it, but I thought I read somewhere that the 05s and p needed to be disconnected. Better safe thatn sorry. Thanks guys.
