The Ford T19 and the New Process Transfer case in an 86 F250. The units are still in the truck. I'm trying to get them out. There is an adapter (I believe thats the correct terminology) between the TC and the T19. 6 bolts on the TC side and 4 larger bolts on the T19 Tranny side. I removed all 6 bolts on the TC side and cannot get the seal to break loose at the TC to adapter joint.
Is that the correct disconnect or should I have removed the 4 bolts going to the T19 transmission?
Thanks? Anyone? A little knowledge to share please?
