A question for 95's or F-350's

My 95 F-350 has a small bowl with fiter on the fpr, is this a stock item for 95's or 350's only or maybe something the pvo modified. My 97 F-250 doesnt have the bowl type fpr.

Cutts ,

Thanks , it still makes me wonder if its stock, it does not look like an after thought but on a site search here I find nothing about this set up.

Anyone else have a thought on this bowl filter? It sure looks OEM , threads right into the FPR, the bowl is black plastic.
