i think i know what it is i just want to hear it from someone else. it is a lite white smoke at idle that when the motor is hot goes away, i think. i dont drive this truck every day. i may still have air in the fuel lines but i have been trying to get it all out. it is a 92 f350 with the full banks kit, 2 wheel drive with a 5 speed and a 94 model ip on it. some one please tell me that it is not antifreeze.
thankyou

What's it smell like? Steam from antifreeze will have that cloyingly-sickly-sweet smell. You can almost taste it just from the smell.
Have you cleaned out the CDR valve? Its the tuna-can shaped thing on the manifold behind the air breather? Works a lot like a PCV for a gasoline engine and if it isn't cleaned can cause the engine to suck some oil - producing blue-white smoke.
Howany miles on your injectors? I had 240K km on my originals that smoked at idle due to the fact they were worn out and not poping any more, resulting in poor fuel spray, therefore, incomplete combustion.

I thought incomplete combustion gave off BLACK smoke
Raw unburnt fuel from injectors that are squirting instead of spraying will be white.
Incomplete combustion from more fuel than enough air to burn it will be black.
i wont say that it cant be raw fuel, but if it was rare fuel then my milage would go up when i got it fixed. i am already getting 15.5 unloaded and for me and my truck that is a 2 mpg gain with the new pump. i think it was air, i replaced the fuel filter with one that was a solid filter and it seems to have gone away.
