1999 Explorer - head removal
I have a 1999 explorer sport. Coolant appears to be leaking exterior at the head/block. I've got tools (worked as a heavy equipment tech.) but poor work area at home. I have no Ford special tools. Would the R&R of the head be advisable for a at home do it yourself project. I recently got married and have very little spare cash thus dread the idea of taking it to a shop. I've looked through store bought manuals for how to, any tips or alternate ideas out there?
