Quick Question...

What would not having an air pump system do to my 87, 5.0L, F150?

The whole system apears to have been taken out and the vacuum line is plugged off.

Finally had some time to go through a checklist I made on my new(to me) truck. Would this be the cause of my surging, and stalling problems when the truck warms up?

No, that's probably the idle air control.

My Idle Air Bypass is brand new... i've been trying to sort this out for a while lol...
