Diagnosis help
118 - Engine coolant temp. sensor above max. voltage / 0 to -40degrees F
181 - HEGO(HO2S) sensor fault unable to switch/lean during part throttle
327 - EGR valve position circuit below minimum voltage
327 - EVP/EPT circuit below minimum voltage
328 - EGR closed valve voltage lower than expected
543 - Fuel pump secondary circuit fault
My book tells me how to check the ECT,so that should'nt be a problem to figure out.I do not understand the rest and my book doesn't help.I live in a county that requires yearly emission testing. The test results are as follows:
HYDROCARBONS (HC) in PPM - Loaded 37, Idle 22
CARBON MONOXIDE (CO) in % - Loaded 0.01, Idle 0.00
Any help would be appreciated,
Thank you

HOWEVER on the same note, these do have issues with the EGR position sensor getting goofy (this is the one that bolts onto the backside of the valve, right?)
As far as your fuel pump code, don't worry about it. I bet almost all fords out there have that set and it typically won't set your check engine light (and if the fuel pump circuit truly was bad it wouldn't even run).
