f600 engine pull help

Ok, so I have a 72 f600 that I have to pull the engine. My problem, it's been so long since I have pulled an engine and the last time was little ranger with an auto in it. I am pulling a 330 attached to a five speed tranny. I thought I had everything ready but I cant get the engine out. I have 4 bolts attaching the engine to bell housing pulled and the motor mount off. What am I missing?

Have you seprated the tranny and engine? The input shaft from the tranny to the engine can be a serious PITA on any 5 speed.

No, that's where the problem is I think, any tips from anyone ?

if you mean that you removed four engine attaching bolts from the bell housing then you still have two more to remove, look closely.

Thanks for the tip, I will look for them tomorrow. I have 4 along the top side where are the other 2 ?

down low on each side. one near starter hole and other ,oposite side,same position.

Gary, big thanks. I went out at midnight armed with a flashlight and flatblade screwdriver and removed 30+ years of oil and dirt on the bell housing and found the two other bolts. Thanks again!!!
