looking for a chip
hi. i'm new and in need of some help. i'm trying ot find a good chip for my 04 ranger, but don't know of a good distributor/manufacturer. my main reason is to override the governor. any help is greatly appreciated it. thanks.

You don't need a chip, you need a bama programer. The programer is AWESOME!!!!!. You can really feel the power increase. The programer comes with 3 tunes of your choice, and octane levels. Doug at bama chips is a ford guy who tunes specifcally for your ranger. I can't sat enough about these programers, a lot of our members are now using them including me. You can get them at www.bama chips.com, or Bob, one of our members has an online ford truck performance store, and he has the exclusive rights to sell bama for Doug, and he has great prices. He has bama along with a host of other performance goodies for your ranger, I bet Bob will be chiming in as soon as he see's this, he's a great guy. "O yeah", the bama will disable the rev limiter, and speed governer. I'm sure you want the rev limiter removed, as 94 mph is too fast in a ranger as it is, that not stable at high speeds, it would be all right for the drag strip or something where your just going straight
