Clear Headlight Question??
hey.. i just installed new clear headlights and parking light in my 2000 EB.. i was just haunted by the usual aftermarket headlight water problem.. i was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to stop it once and for all... i took it out got all the water out and i put some silicone II all around the bead.. also that little plug that the factory has to let water out or whatever its for, on the aftermarket one it had some vinal tape.. i tried to put the plug in it from the factory headlight but it didnt fit.. hole was to big.. so i then put the vinyl tape back on and also put sylicone on that... i will see how this goes.. but if anyone has any proven tips please respond.. thanks...
