99 Exp AWD not working

Matt, my next plan of attack is to see if the AWD function is controlled by a seperate device, I have heard about a clutch pack inside the transfer case. If this clutck pack is controlled by a seperate computor or something else, maybe it can be defeated. Then I will just have conventional 4x4 operated by the switch on the dash.
Before I replaced the transfer case motor I did not have any 4x4 at all, dash switch would not do a thing. I am hoping there a are 2 differant systems per say.
I will keep you posted, and please do the same.
