I don't think there is a lift kit out ther, but the suspension is the same from '65 to '76. You should be able to adapt a lift from the '76 or so to make it work.
You can easily make your own OR you can adapt stuff from James Duff. At one time James Duff use to list a F-100 application. The F-100s (speaking 67-72) 4x4s got a narrow (1.75" ?) 9 leaf suspension for the rear axle with a lift block.
Before you go crazy with parts and lifting, make sure the mini-king pins are in okay shape on the front axle. Otherwise an axle swap is in order. The tough thing is the pitman is sort of backwards compared to the newer trucks.
Very hard to find parts for the older F-100 4x4 axles and JBG is about the only source and last time I checked about a year ago, I got the last of the some of the stock left. They no longer carry the rubber isolator/cap for the king pin and this is a very hard part to find or fab. The Dana 30 king pin will interchange though and the bearings are easily sourced.
In the 67-72 search for +mini +king to pull up all the threads about this type axle.
I noticed in the junkyards an older IH had big ball type axles like the older F-250s, but, had mini-king pins the same size as the F-100! So ... a trip to a wrecker might yeild something if you need parts.
I would not run over 33" tires on the truck and you should not need much of a lift if any to fit 33s.
In the 67-72 forum please note the threads about the drum being pressed on and the accidents that happen from not pressing the drum onto the studs.
the earlier models 1967-1972 had a 2.5 inch wide spring, but they were shorter than say a f250 spring of the same year so they are not interchangable. what i am doing is taking the complete suspension off of a 1978 ford f150 and puttin it under my 70 f100, and what this does is give all the lift i want, yet if i need to change somethin later on all i have to do is order the parts for a 78 f150, and as for the front miniking axles a-line autoparts pretty much had all the bearings and stuff needed for a rebuild.
well i got the truck and it has a 4" rancho kit on it but that is the last of my concerns now it has a boat anchor 400 and a 4 speed that is no good but i have a built 351w so any ideas on who has a trans that will fit a small block ford...it was an original auto and has no clutch linkages so a c6 would be nice
