vibration at 45

vibration at 45
I recently put a skyjacker leveling kit and procomp rear add a-leaf in my 2001 f250 and at 45 I have a real light vibration. It seems to start at 43 and end at 46mph, I guess what I am asking is how much to shim the carrier bearing and what to use? Or if any body has a different suggestion, I already changed tires off my wifes ex, and it is not the tires.
