core support bolt

While trying to do a body lift i have managed to sheer off the body mount bolt on the drivers side core support. this is an 89 f150. any suggestions on how to get it out. i've already tried an air hammer and using a trolly jack to lift the body off enough to get the bolt out. i think the bodies shiffted a little on the frame. any suggestions. i've gotten the nut of the top side of the bolt. i think i'm going to try to hammer it out downward using a long extension.
