zf5-e40d transfer case question.
will the trasnfer case from a 4wd 93 f350 e40d bolt up to a 4wd 93' zf5?
also, will the slave/master setup from a 4speed truck work on the zf5?

Both the E40D and Zf5 4x4 trucks used the same transfer case. (Borg Warner 1356)
The clutch master cylinder and slave on the 93 were special and I don't think you 4 speed setup would work.
Note, Ford no longer sells the factory MC, hydraulic line and slave cyliders. All the OEM parts were upgraded due to problems with them.
Bleeding the 93 clutch set-up is a real pain. The best way is to assemble the M/C, line and slave and bench bleed it and then install it on the truck as a unit.
Been there done that.
