Oil slick
Well not exactly, I did the ebpv mod today and detached the intercooler tube on passenger side to give me a little room and noticed a small puddle of oil in the mouth of the tube. Does this mean my pedistal o rings are bad ? I hope not, I'm leaving for vac. this Fri.

Agreed. And I also suspect you have more oil in the bottom of your intercooler from the crankcase vent. Not to worry, you can drive it this way, but max performance is diminished. Aside from that, have a good trip. No biggy where that goes, just not optimum.

Thanks guys, the truck had 176,000 miles on it in Jan. when I bought it . I guess thats a long time for oil to collect. The ccv, along with the 6637 filter was one of the first mods done. Mmmm, if only there was a drain-**** on the bottom of those intercoolers.
