AFE and MBRP

What are the differences between these two? Do they both bolt directly to the cat?

Both companies make cat back exhaust sytems. Is that what you are refering too?

I will do a Turbo back and I know the MBRP will bolt directly to the cat. Does the AFE do the same or will modification be needed?

The cat delete from both companies work the same. They directly replace the factory cat, both ends are identical. The only other differance I can think of is that the AFE tail pipe is 2 piece and the MBRP is 1 piece.
