Paint codes
How Can I determine the original color of my 1952 ford F1 pickup? I no longer have any door labels but I do have the vin # and the title says blue. How do I get the original paint codes?

The VIN will not give the paint code, only the rating plate which is usually on the glove box door. There was one blue in 52. Sheridan Blue , Part # M-14285 code B. An automotive paint store can mix that color with the M number.
